How do i set up a lan party for the ps3?

I have no idea on how to do it, do i need any special wires or router or what??? We got two ps3's and two tvs at my place and my friends n roommates wanna try it out

Ive never tried it but i assume it works the same way pc gaming lans up. if you have a router connect both to the the router using Ethernet cables and go on lan party. If you dont have a router try connecting them both together using one ethernet cable, go on lan party and see if it works.

Good luck, ive never done it but this should work, if it doesnt and you find out the way to do it let me know.
